Art Tooth is excited to announce a special art exhibit in honor of our friend and co-founder Jeremy Joel.

Initially set to take place on March 27, 2020 at Shipping & Receiving, “80 Proof Doo Wop” was an art exhibition curated and in planning by celebrated Fort Worth artist Jeremy Joel. Unfortunately, pandemic related closures forced the cancellation of the exhibition before opening. As many know, events never aligned for Jeremy’s show to take place.

To celebrate him and the show that never came to be, Art Tooth in partnership with The Pool Near Southside, has invited the original participating artists curated by Joel to show their work in the exhibition “80 Proof Doo Wop Redo.”

Ten artists will have work available for purchase. In addition, selected pieces by Jeremy Joel from the personal collection of the late artist’s friends will be on view. Exhibition posters and prints will also be available for sale.

Join us for the opening reception on November 5 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Following the reception, Art Tooth will offer regular gallery hours Thursday through Saturday from 12 to 6 until the show closes on December 3.
